Background

I'm an IT professional with 3+ years of experience spanning help desk, network administration, and support leadership. I currently work as a Tier 2 IT Service Analyst at Crane Group and as a Substitute Cybersecurity Instructor at C-TEC of Licking County.

My focus is the intersection of IT operations and security. I work hands-on with tools like Wireshark for traffic analysis, and I'm actively expanding into SIEM engineering and detection workflows.

My long-term goal is to move into AI Security Engineering — combining a strong infrastructure foundation with security tooling and automation. I'm currently working through a structured certification roadmap toward Microsoft's security and AI tracks.
